Life is short, eat dessert first. This is our mom Evelyn’s recipe for Key Lime Pie, and it’s the best Key Lime Pie in the state of Florida. Tart but not too tart, gently sweet with a creamy texture, crisp graham cracker crust and real hand-whipped cream (not from a can) on top. We make these ourselves right in the restaurant.
